What is the "My Cases" link in the Support Center?

You can review the status of any email case or Community Questions cases you have created, by clicking "My Cases" at the top of the page.

You can mark an issue of yours as resolved, review the history of your correspondence with our staff or other members, and re-open a case if the issue persists.

You will need to be logged in to see the "My Cases" link. If you see "Welcome, Guest" at the top of the page, click the "Login" link to proceed.
