How do I delete or cancel my account?

To delete your account, you can sign in online at Once you've logged in, click "My Home" then "Settings" then "Delete account."

Within our iOS app, go to More, then Help, then Delete Account

Within the Android app go to the Menu, then Help, then Delete account

Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered.  Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
