Known Issues: Integration Partners

If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds, and update the article as more information is available. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works.

If your issue is not listed below, please first try to unlink and relink the two programs, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it!

Bug: Step count not syncing from various integration partners. Not all members are affected.         SERVS-3866 SERVS-3844​
Bug: Some users are not seeing Fitbit and other integration partners as an option in Steps even though the accounts are linked. SERVS-4015

Bug: SamsungErroneous S-Health adjustment when exercise is added SERVS-3884​

Bug: When using MyFitnessPal in another language, newsfeed posts for exercises from your linked apps may not be completely translated into your selected language

Bug: MisfitMembers are unable to connect their Misfit accounts to their MyFitnessPal profiles. SERVS-3422
BugSchwinn - Members are unable to connect. The steps to link complete as normal, but Schwinn connect is not showing under the "Your Apps" of MyFitnessPal and exercise is to syncing.

Bug: Microsoft Band: Calorie adjustments are incorrect in some use cases  Bug: Microsoft not selectable as step sources SERVS-1863​ 
  • Microsoft band not appearing in More > Steps in our mobile apps.
