Known Issues: Integration Partners

If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds, and update the article as more information is available. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works.

If your issue is not listed below, please first try to unlink and relink the two programs, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it!

Bug: Fitbit sync issues. SERVS-3866
Not all members are affected. We are looking into this issue. 
Some users are not seeing fitbit as an option in Steps even though the accounts are linked
Please be sure: To select Fitbit as your step source. To do so please visit the Steps section of your app or on the website here:
If you are still seeing an issue: Please try refreshing this connection token. 
- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected 
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account.
- Reselect Fitbit as your step source if it is displayed.

Bug: Step count not syncing from S-Health to MFP SERVS-3844​

Bug: Erroneous S-Health adjustment when exercise is added SERVS-3884​

Bug: When using MyFitnessPal in another language, newsfeed posts for exercises from your linked apps may not be completely translated into your selected language

Bug: Members are unable to connect their Misfit accounts to their MyFitnessPal profiles. SERVS-3422

Bug: Members are unable to link to Schwinn connect. The steps to link complete as normal, but Schwinn connect is not showing under the "Your Apps" of MyFitnessPal and exercise is to synom Schwinn to MyFitnessPal.  SERVS-2251

Bug: Microsoft Band: Calorie adjustments are incorrect in some use cases  Bug: Microsoft not selectable as step sources SERVS-1863​ 
  • Microsoft band not appearing in More > Steps in our mobile apps. 

Fixed: Some users are getting a 500 error when attempting to relink their Fitbit accounts. SERVS-3411
Fixed: When users attempt to link to Fitbit, and do not have all 7 data point check boxes selected, the link fails with an “Access token request failed” error.  It is expected to need to have all 7 data point check boxes are selected for the two programs to connect successfully.  We have updated messaging to make this more clear when linking to Fitbit. SERVS-3
