Known Issues: Integration Partners

If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds, and update the article as more information is available. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works.

If your issue is not listed below, please first try to unlink and relink the two programs, as this often resolves unexpected issues. ​If that doesn't resolve things, please send us an email about the issue so we can address it!

Bug: Members unable to select "Do Not Track Steps" in the Steps menu (partner stays selected). SERVS-4144
Bug: Some members not seeing step count/adjustment not syncing from integration partners. SERVS-3866, SERVS-3844​
Bug: Some users are not seeing linked partners as an option in the Steps menu, and thus cannot select partner to receive steps/adjustment. SERVS-4015,  SERVS-1863​ 

Bug: Erroneous S-Health adjustment when exercise is added. SERVS-3884​

Bug: Misfit - Members are unable to link Misfit to MyFitnessPal. SERVS-3422

BugSchwinn - Members are unable to connect to Schwinn. The steps to link complete as normal, but Schwinn connect is not showing under the "Your Apps" of MyFitnessPal and exercise is to syncing.

Fixed: Fitbit steps stopped syncing on 4/15/17. Relinking forces a single sync but it stops again.
