I received a "subscription delay" error when I purchased Premium

In some rare cases, attempts to upgrade to MyFitnessPal Premium may not be instantly processed.

In these cases, payment is confirmed with our platform partners (Google or Apple) but a delay of up to six hours may elapse before our mobile app is able to confirm the Premium status the purchase has granted the user.

If you receive an error during your upgrade process, please do NOT uninstall the app.

As long as the app remains installed, it will attempt to confirm payment with Apple or Google until the confirmation is received. Uninstalling the app will break this process.

If you have already uninstalled the app under these circumstances, please visit Help > FAQs/Feedback > Email Us (scroll to the bottom) to reach our support team. Please include your username, and whether you are purchasing Premium on iOS or Android.
