MFP Support Not Receiving All Emails When Replying from Email Client - FIXED

Starting Friday evening (1/27), our Support Team noticed that we were not receiving emails back from some of the replies we had sent to members who had written into support.  We identified the reason these emails were not coming into our Support queue, and are genuinely sorry if you have replied to an email from us, but have not heard anything back.  It is unintentional, as the email may not have made it back to us, and we are working to recover and work our way through the backlog of emails.

If you sent an inquiry to our support team between Friday (1/27) and 10am PST today (2/1), have not heard back from our team within the next three days, please send us another email.  While we are working to recover and reply to all emails, we know there is a possibility that some may not have been received properly.
