Unable to Log In or Create Account - FIXED

Starting around 10am PST, our authentication service that handles login and account creation is having some trouble that may cause members to be unable to login, or new members to be unable to create an account.  We have identified and resolved the problem, and are now fully recovered.  Login and account creation are back to normal.

If you are still having any trouble, please send us an email so that we can further investigate.  When you write us, please include your MyFitnessPal username, how you are accessing the program (iOS app, Android app, or website), the exact verbiage of the error, and a screen shot of the error.  You can reach us via the following link: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
