Unable to Access Website and Apps - FIXED

Starting around 3:15pm PST, our authentication service began showing some issues.  This is resulting in an inability for the website to load, as well as login issues across all of our platforms.  What this may look like is "Site Temporarily Down For Maintenance" errors on the website, "We're unable to connect to the server to log you in" errors at login, "Unable to sync, data saved locally" error within the Android/iOS app, not seeing data sync, and a variety of other errors.

We identified the cause and have resolved the errors that the authentication service was throwing.  Things should now have returned to normal.
