Posting on your Newsfeed

How Do I Post A Status Update On My Newsfeed?

 

Web

  • From your "My Home" screen, use your mouse to click inside the box just under your Nutrients summary. Look for "What's on your mind?"
  • Type in your update, then click the blue "Share" button once complete
  • Once status is posted, you or your friends can Like or Comment on that specific post from your Newsfeed
To Remove a post, click the X in the top right corner of the status post box, then click Yes to confirm the deletion. Deleted post cannot be retrieved. 

Android

Starting in version 6.13, you will be able to post to your feed from three areas, directly from the top of your newsfeed, from the floating + button, and from your profile page.

Directly On Newsfeed

  • Located just underneath your nutrition summary, you'll see a box with your profile picture and the phrase "Add a New Status", tap there
  • From this screen, you can write a post, post a picture (progress photos, new camera photos, or saved photos in your camera roll), or a combination of both
  • Once you have completed your post, send it to your newsfeed by tapping the check (tick) mark on the top right of the screen.

+ Button

  • While on your newsfeed, you'll see a floating + sign within a blue circle. Tapping that will open up a quick jump menu.
  • From this menu tap Status
  • Next, you can write a post, post a picture (progress photos, new camera photos, or saved photos in your camera roll), or a combination of both
  • Once you have completed your post, send it to your newsfeed by tapping the check (tick) mark on the top right of the screen.

Profile Page

  • While viewing your profile (Tapping your profile pic from Newsfeed or Menu) look for the Status box located under the Achievement and Friends buttons, tap "Post Something"
  • Next, you can write a post, post a picture (progress photos, new camera photos, or saved photos in your camera roll), or a combination of both
  • Once you have completed your post, send it to your newsfeed by tapping the check (tick) mark on the top right of the screen.
