Jawbone and MyFitnessPal Exercise/Steps/Food Not Syncing

Hello,

Starting early Monday morning (5/22), we began receiving reports from our members linked to Jawbone saying that they are not seeing their steps or exercise is sync from Jawbone, and a few saying that they are not seeing food sync to Jawbone.  We have identified the issue is on Jawbone's end and have been working directly with them, but their investigation has not yet yielded any results or identified the cause of the sync issues for a significant portion of our members.

We removed the Jawbone integration from our App Gallery in order to prevent increasing the number of linked accounts that are not syncing.  Anyone not experiencing issues will still be able to remain linked to Jawbone and their data will continue to sync; it will only prevent additional users from linking Jawbone and MyFitnessPal.  This includes both new users (who have never linked before), and users who have recently unlinked and are trying to relink.  Once Jawbone resolved the technical issues, we planned to then re-enable Jawbone for linking.  

However, during the course of the investigation, Jawbone let us know that they have chosen to no longer support their integration with MyFitnessPal.
