"Cannot Sync with Server" Error / Not Seeing Data Sync - FIXED

Our apologies for any of the sync troubles you were experiencing.  From about 12:15pm-2:00pm, we were having an issue with our sync service.  

For most members, this looked like one of the following things, but members could have seen a myriad of other issues:
  • Inability to login to the app
  • Receiving a "Cannot Sync with Server" and/or "data saved locally" error
  • Not seeing data sync between the app and the website
This is independent of the Fitbit syncing issue described here.  

We have resolved this issue with our sync service and members should no longer be seeing this error.  

We are continuing to work to reestablish sync with Fitbit.  Please see the linked article above for further updates regarding Fitbit.
