Website not loading/redirect errors

Hi there,

Our apologies if the website is not loading correctly for you, or if you are seeing a redirect error. On Friday, April 13th, we rolled out an update to the site, but ran in to an issue and had to roll it back. We are seeing reports that our web users may now be stuck and can't get the site to load. Unfortunately, in order to fix the issue, you will need to completely clear your browser's cache and history. If you do not you will still receive the error.

Some workarounds include trying another browser or launching your browser in Incognito/Private mode.
