I’m Premium Member and I don’t want to accept the new Terms and Conditions of Use or provide my consent for the transfer of my Personal Data to the U.S., can I obtain a refund for any amounts prepaid for my Premium Membership?

To continue to use the Under Armour apps, you will need to accept our new Terms and Privacy Policy and provide your consent for the transfer of your Personal Data to the U.S.  If you are Premium Member and do not want to accept the new Terms and Privacy Policy or provide your consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to the U.S., you may contact the Support Team and request a refund of any amounts prepaid for your Premium Membership.
