Errors Received in App and on Web - Resolved

Hello,

Our apologies for any trouble with the apps or website throwing errors yesterday.  This issue has been resolved and the program is back to functioning normally.  

Yesterday around 1pm PST, we discovered our error rates were spiking across the website and across app syncing.  We investigated and saw the site and apps starting to recover at 2:45pm yesterday, and recovery continued until 9pm.  We monitored overnight, and the program remained stable through this morning.  


For members, this resulted in, but was not limited to, general errors on the website, sync errors in the app, errors when logging in, getting logged out, data not syncing, and no reminders.
