Fitbit Issues - July 6th - RESOLVED

Hello,

Our apologies for any issues you had between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal Friday and early Saturday (July 6-7). We believe we addressed the root issue causing the sync delays, and sync has returned to normal.

Starting around 7:00am PST on July 6th, our team noticed an issue with the Fitbit integration. We were receiving errors when trying to process sync requests, and, after investigating, have identified the culprit using these errors.  We implemented a fix, and have seen the sync request errors minimize.  We had a backlog of sync requests, and those are completely worked through.
We monitored the stability of the integration through the weekend, and sync has been processing as expected.
