How do I remove my consent?

If you’ve reviewed the Data Privacy Consents presented in MyFitnessPal and decided that you would not like to provide one or more of the consents, then you may not be able to access your account for MyFitnessPal. This is because the app relies upon the collection, use, processing and transfer of your Personal Data to enable the app to provide its features and functionality. Without your consent to the collection, use, processing and transfer of your Personal Data, the app cannot operate and provide you its features.

To review or withdrawal your data consents please review your Data Consents in your Privacy Settings: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/settings

From iOS or Android, on the more menu, select the Privacy Center.

Once you remove the consents you will be guided through how to delete your account and request your data be exported. You don’t have to complete the delete account steps in order to receive the data export following the instructions above.
