What are the supported functions

Additionally, you should be able to log or check stats on previous dates!
  • “Alexa, ask MyFitnessPal how many steps did I take yesterday.”
At any time the MyFitnessPal Lite skill is open on the device, you can ask Alexa “What can you do?” or “How can you help?” and she will be able to remind you of the supported functions.

Can you link multiple MyFitnessPal accounts to one Alexa device

You can use a single Alexa device with multiple MyFitnessPal accounts! First, you will need to link the MyFitnessPal Lite skill to your MyFitnessPal account. Then, if you don't already, you will need to set up Amazon Household to switch between accounts. You can view instructions on how to set up Amazon Household here.

Troubleshooting

If you notice that your commands are not syncing to the app, we first recommend force syncing your account or force closing the MyFitnessPal app. To force sync your account, open the MyFitnessPal app > select the drop down menu (Android) or more button (iOS) > scroll down and tap “Sync”.

When these initial steps do not help, our next suggestion is disabling and re-enabling the skill from your account.

To disable in the skill, Open the Amazon Alexa app > Tap the menu bar on the top left > Select Skills & Games > Tap MyFitnessPal Lite Skill > Disable.

To disable on the website, Log into your Amazon account here > Tap the menu bar on the top left > Select Echo & Alexa > Scroll down and tap Alexa Skills > Select Your Skills > Tap MyFitnessPal Lite Skill > Disable.

Then to reconnect, please see How to link the Alexa Skill with MyFitnessPal above.

If none of the steps above help, please contact our support team here.
