How often should I record my weight and other measurements?
We recommend recording your weight and other measurements once a week, ideally in the same circumstances each time. For example, every Monday morning at 9:00, before breakfast. Our system will allow you to record measurements as often as once daily, but your weight can fluctuate quite a bit from day to day which is why we recommend a weekly check-in.
