I tried to reply to the case I have open, but it keeps telling me there's a problem with the help desk. I tried the suggestion, and it didn't resolve the problem.

Could you be more specific as to what is happening for you when you say “I cannot reply either”. If you are only having trouble replying via our public forums, I would suggest contacting us here, so we can triage this with you through email. If you would be so kind, we would like to get some further details in order to triage this:

-Are you receiving an error? If so, what is the exact verbiage of the error?
-Was that while trying to reply to a specific case? If so, can you give me the case #?
-Are you only having this trouble with our public forums? Or also with email cases?
-Did you get the error via web or vi the app? If web, whats your computer OS, web browser, and browser version? If app, which app (android/ios), what is your device, and your device OS
-Did you get the error through yesterday, but then for some reason it let you reply today (via the same device)? Or were you able to reply by using a different device but still can’t access via the original device?
-Would you mind if I completed a test post from your account to try and reproduce this? I would remove it, but wouldn’t want to do this without your permission.
