A deleted status continues to appear to others. axilious — Jan 09, 2016 01:54PM PST

I log my weight daily and delete the updates that do not mark actual progress (downward fluctuations where weight is above my lowest achieved weight). I am currently in a plateau where my weight fluctuates up to 6lbs above my lowest weight. This leads to semi-daily status updates that I have lost 2-4lbs, when in reality these are fluctuations that I'd like to record but not broadcast in this way. I delete these status updates, but they do not remain deleted as I continue to gain 'likes' on them post deletion. Is there a way to actually delete these posts in a way that others will no longer see them?
