Message from MFP stuck in inbox dubird — Jan 26, 2016 08:37PM PST

I have a message from MFP about the app gallery from 2012 that stays at the top of my inbox no matter what. Tried deleting it and it just stays there. It doesn't give me any errors, it's just like I didn't check a box before hitting delete. Minor annoyance, but one I'd like to see if there's a solution to.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for any difficulty with deleting your MFP messages. If the message is from MFP, you should be able to delete it, however, you will need to open it and use the trash icon on that screen, rather than selecting it in your inbox and deleting it there. We have taking care of the App store message for you.

I also have 3 messages about Android and iPad apps, (I use iPhone) and I can't delete! Even after I "read" them.

If you are still seeing them on the website, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If you are seeing them in the mobile app, please try logging out of the app, force quitting it, and then logging back in.
