Hello,

Thank you for participating in our forums. You can see all of your posts and discussions here:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/profile/notifications

Additionally you can bookmark a discussion or use forum notifications to keep track of discussions you are especially interested in following.

To bookmark a discussion, just click the star icon next to it; when its been selected the star will go from empty to yellow. This will add it to your bookmark list and can be viewed and anytime by clicking the star icon in the community header. You will also now get notifications for activity in this discussion by clicking on the bell icon in the community header. You can unfollow the discussion at any time by returning to it and un-clicking the star.

Additionally you can customize your forum notifications and for example, turn on notifications for any discussion you have participated in. Note: This can result in a lot of notifications, but can always be turned back off if its too much!

To do this please go to the notification preferences page. You can find it by clicking on the notification bell icon and selecting “notification preferences” or by clicking the link below:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/profile/preferences

Check the box “Notify me when people comment on a discussion I have participated in.”

I hope this information is helpful, if there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.

Warm Regards,
Alex
