Remove Myself jeslynn24 — Mar 01, 2016 12:20PM PST

How do I remove myself from one of the discussion boards? I no longer want to receive notifications for a specific discussion but can't seem to find out how to remove myself?

Hey thanks for posting your question. If you started the discussion, then there is not a way to leave it without deleting it, however, if you joined an existing discussion and then clicked the star icon to follow it, you can click the star again to deselect it and stop following it.

If you’d like to have your post or discussion deleted, which you started, all you need to do is go to the post you would like removed and flag it. Once you click on flag, you can select “report post” then select “This is my post and I want to delete it”. One of our moderators will take care if it for you as soon as possible.

Warm Regards,

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. You are canceling the next billing charge — Premium features will remain available to you until the end of your currently paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the automatic renewal.

Please note that you must process a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally paid.

Web

Log in to http://www.myfitnesspal.com and click “My Home” then “Premium”
