Changed Username Califbound — Jul 23, 2016 12:37PM PDT
I changed my username (the one allowable time). The new name shows up on my PC, but not my mobile devise (which still shows the original user name). I have signed up under Facebook. So I disabled Facebook on my mobile devise thinking that would update the username when I re-enabled the app, but the old username keeps coming up on my mobile devise. What can I do??

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for any trouble with your old username still showing in the app. Please head to Settings in the app’s Menu screen and then select Logout. Next please force quit the app and if using an Android device clear the app’s cache. Next reopen the app and log back in with the username showing on the website an your password.
