fitbit carvsg — Jul 26, 2016 06:51AM PDT

anyone else not having their fitbit sync? July 23 till today and still no sync...have tried all the trouble shooting with negative results :(

Hi guys,

Thanks for following up with us. Our engineers have made a change on our end that we are hoping will correct the problem. Would you please try disconnecting and relinking your fitbit and MFP accounts to allow the changes to take effect? Please follow up with us either way to let us know if it fixed it for you.

Our engineers are investigating an issue causing sync problems for some users and we will do what we can to get your data flowing smoothly again as soon as possible.
