Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

You can change your goals or other profile information including birthdate, gender, and activity level, in the settings of several of our apps, or online at www.myfitnesspal.com.

On the Website

Log into our website at http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home” then “Settings” then “Update diet/fitness profile.” Make any changes you desire, then click “Update Profile.”

In our Windows Phone 8 app

Select “More” then “Edit Profile”. Tap any item you wish to edit, and be sure to save your changes.

In our Android, iPad and iPhone Apps

In the Menu (or “More” page), profile details are divided between “Goals”, and the “Settings” page under “Profile.”

Tap any item you wish to edit, and be sure to save your changes by tapping the check mark, if available.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other problems or questions. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining your health and fitness goals.

Kind Regards,
Maximiliano
