Misfit Shine and Weight LaurelV — Aug 04, 2016 05:29PM PDT

I recently bought a Misfit Shine and have linked it with MyFitnessPal account. My problem right now is that the weight information is not correct. In the Misfit app on my phone, it shows the incorrect current weight and goal weight (and no info for lowest and highest) from MyFitnessPal. On the Misfit website, My Dashboard shows the correct lowest weight, incorrect highest weight, and in Weight History a bunch of duplicated incorrect (which are the same as the incorrect current weight that is showing on the app). This information is supposed to be coming from my MyFitnessPal account, but it does not agree with what is there. To try to fix this I did edit my weight entries in MyFitnessPal and disconnected and reconnected the accounts several times, but it has not helped.

Thank you for taking the time to post your question and my apologies for any trouble. If your info from Misfit or any partner program are not moving from them to MyFitnessPal we would encourage you to contact them directly. The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program. Once we receive this data we display the information in your Exercise Diary for them. Please note that only present and future information will transfer and none of the past workouts and weight info at this time.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.

You may want to try disconnecting these accounts and reconnecting them to see if this helps.

Misfit should be able to resolve the issue for you.
