I can't get logged in on my iphone klm0904 — Aug 05, 2016 12:59PM PDT

I try to log in on the App and it gives me the Alert Invalid username or password which I know I'm entering them correct or I wouldn't be able to sign on to the PC

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble. Would you pleas let us know which type of device you are running the app on i.e. Apple, Android, Windows so we may investigate the issue further?

I am having the same log in issue with my Windows App. Every time I try to log in it says the Invalid username or password, but I know the information is correct, because it is the same one I am using with my PC.
