The app keeps cutting my weight in half marchui — Aug 08, 2016 08:56AM PDT

Everyday when I entered the weight it keeps cutting that number in half the next day. I entered 165lb yesterday and today it said I weight 75lb. I has been happening for a few days now. it seems that the app is adding the "1" and "6" together.

I'm having the same problem with my Android. I've been trying to adjust my weight using the web but it will then change the weight for another date.

Sorry I didn't see the reply. I use both android and the web app. Pretty much what happened was I entered the weight through the android app. After a while I check it again the dairy will said I losted 85+ lbs. When I check the progress, it will say today's weight is half of what I entered.

If it is the weight for the same day I can enter it for a second time through the android app and it will stay. If it is for previous days I will have to change it through the web app. But after entering it for a second time it will be fine. It is only the first time when I entered it either through the android app or the web app that the number gets changed.

Thanks for getting back in touch with us.

It appears that this may have something to do with Runkeeper posting these weights to your profile. After checking on the status of your account, we notice that there are a few different integration partners connected to your MyFitnessPal profile.

Can you please make sure you do not have Runkeeper connected to Fitbit? Having these all connected together may be causing this issue. You should be able to disconnect this in your Fitbit settings.

If this doesn’t work, can you please try disconnecting Runkeeper from MyFitnessPal and reconnecting?

hm... interesting. I haven't use RunKeeper in a long time. Let me try just disconnecting it and test it for a few days and update this thread again if I see anything. Thanks.
