MFP won't sync with FitBit slumberbug — Aug 10, 2016 12:48PM PDT

After a recent MFP update it will no longer sync my steps with FitBit. However FitBit is registering all my entries on their side, just not MFP. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi slumberbug,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I can see that you do not have Fitbit chosen as your primary step source within the MyFitnessPal app, which could be causing the adjustment not to come through. Would you please select Steps from the app menu and choose Fitbit as your primary step source. Or, from the web, Apps > Step Source, and choose Fitbit.

i try to connect my fitbit with MFP and I get "there was a problem with your request"
