Scheduled maintenance (Aug 9, 2016) is causing partner app sync problems jt_omalley — Aug 10, 2016 02:46PM PDT

MyFitnessPal is no longer posting meal data to my Jawbone UP app. This issue started about 4PM on August 9, 2016; my breakfast and lunch posted fine but dinner did not, and so far today none of my meals have synced to Jawbone UP.

Jawbone UP data (steps, etc) also not syncing to MFP.

I checked but the issue with the food sync continues. Nothing has changed since August 9.

Hi fouquier658,

The issue that was causing no food to sync from MyFitnessPal to Jawbone that started on the 9th has been resolved. The fix was just pushed out yesterday evening. Though it is possible there may be something else happening with your account.

I can see you last relinked on the 11th, but now that the fix is live, would you please try to unlink and relink one more time in case for some reason it hasn’t propagated to your account? Then let us know if the food logged after the relink has starting syncing to Jawbone.
