Current weight won't stay correct dmec1972 — Aug 30, 2016 05:16PM PDT

I hope that I am asking this issue correctly, but each time I open the My Fitness Pal app or go to the website site it shows that my current weight loss is wrong. For example, currently reflexing over six months my weight loss should be 33.6 pounds, but instead is shows a 7.2 pound loss. So when I go to the weight loss progress, it shows my current weight at 254.6 pounds when it should be 228.2 pounds. I have not entered the current weight of 254.6 but the app or site seems to think that is my current weight.
How do I fix this short of deleting the incorrect weight each time? Most of the time there are multiple 254.6 entries that need to be deleted. This is getting rather frustrating.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for the trouble with your the program adding an erroneous weight entry on it’s own. We’ve made a small change on our end, please let us know if you see the 254.6 entry coming back again over the next few days. If so please also try disconnecting any connected 3rd party apps to see fi the entry still comes back when it’s just MFP on it’s own. Then relink the accounts. Lastly, if you haven’t yet, you might try deleting the mobile app, correcting your weight entries on the website, and then reinstalling the app, which should then pull down the corrected entries from the site when you log in with the exact same username and password.

Warm Regards,
