Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we apologize for any confusion but this may be due to an inaccurate weight entry on your profile.

If you’d like to remove erroneous entries, you can do so by logging into our website at http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home”, then “Check-in”, then “Edit Previous Entries”. On that page, you can delete weight entries, or add new entries for any date.

After you have corrected the weight entry, you will also need to update your goals just to be certain it went through. To do this, while still online, go to the main “settings” tab, then to “edit diet/fitness profile”. Make sure that page has all the current information, and then make sure to hit the update button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have corrected the erroneous entry and updated your goals everything should go back to normal, and should sync back to the app the next time the app syncs. This should also only be a one time needed change, but if this does not correct the problem or you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.

In the meantime, thank you so much for using the program. Again our apologies for the inconvenience. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining all of your health and fitness goals.

Regards,
Maximiliano
