Cannot Unsubscribe cas3yw3lls — Sep 01, 2016 05:03AM PDT
My account was revoked because I am under 18, but now I am unable to unsubscribe from the email newsletter. It gets very tedious. Can you please remove my email address from the list?

Thanks for posting and for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the trouble with receiving email after your account status was changed. We have unsubscribed your account on our end. Please allow 72 hours for any outbound emails that are already queued up but after that you should stop receiving them.
