Messages no being received Hadabetter — Sep 04, 2016 06:15AM PDT

At about 8:00PM CDT on Sept 2, I lost the ability to receive messages. I am told that my sent messages are being delivered, but I get no replies.

Please advise.

Could it be that my message box reached it's max? I deleted a few pages of the oldest ones and then I received 2 messages.

Hey thanks for posting your question. While there is max limit, I do not know the exact number for it. We have reached out to our engineers to see if we can get the number for you, however, If you are able to delete messages and then see new ones coming in, it’s probably safe to say that you’ve reached it. Especially if you are deleting say 5 messages and then 5 new ones come in and fill up the page to where it was before deletion. We will do our best to update you here , as soon as we get a hard number to share with you.
