Fitbit Not Adjusting stcbility — Sep 06, 2016 05:36PM PDT

Hello,
I have tried everything suggested about syncing fitbit and myfitnesspal accounts without success. Is there anything else I need to do?

Hello stability,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I can see that you do not have Fitbit chosen as your primary step source within the MyFitnessPal app, which would be causing the adjustment not to come through. Would you please select Steps from the app menu and choose Fitbit as your primary step source. Or, from the web, Apps > Step Source, and choose Fitbit.

Hi,
I did the same thing and put the Fitbit as primary steps source. It still doesn't synch. I just bought a new Blaze and I use to have a Charge Hr. I know I should have adjustments.

I take that back. I made my Fitbit Charge the primary steps source. Had to wait but it appears to be syncing today's steps but not not the previous days.

I have made my Fitbit my step source but have yet to have an adjustment.

I’m still seeing that you’re account link has one issue with it, I went ahead and unlinked it from our side. Can you please first go to Fitbit’s website and revoke access to MyFitnessPal, then try relinking from the MyFitnessPal side, and set it up as the step source again?

Please let me know once you’ve done this so I can look to see if it was fixed.
