Can't log into my account via the mobile app dtrack2 — Sep 19, 2016 07:21PM PDT

On my PC I can log into the website fine. When I try to log in via the app on my Blackberry Classic I get a login error: "You entered an invalid username or password"
I am entering the correct UN and PW, the same ones that work fine on the website.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your login. While we have made a small change on our end which should allow you to log in, we have discontinued official support of the Blackberry app so we would not be able to triage the issue further. If you are still experiencing the issue you should be able to continue accessing your account on the website.
