a friend of mine received a congratulations banner I did not. I just wondered how to get them. dodieneatfreakwannabe — Sep 24, 2016 09:04PM PDT

A friend of mine got a lovely meme/banner from myfitnesspal that congratulated her on her 50 pound weight loss. I've logged in for more than 300 days and am well over the 50 pound weight loss mark, and I've never seen anything like that. How do you get them? How do you share it on facebook?

Thanks for posting. Sorry if you are not seeing the congratulatory messages when you lose 10 lbs or more. Currently we are unable to reproduce the issue on our test accounts. Would you please try logging a weight in the app that is 10 lbs less than your most recent post to see if then presents the messaging?

If it is still not presenting the message, please check the Play Store to make sure that your app is up to date, and if so we may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you are still experiencing the issue, would it be alright if we accessed your account to try and reproduce the issue there?

As far as the posting to facebook, you would just want to make sure that you have selected to autopost in your MyFitnessPal account’s facebook settings.

Warm Regards,
