I have started a myfitnesspal account today, but I started a challenge food and fitness program 2 weeks ago. I have been tracking my food for the past week and would like to enter my food diaries into this app. How do I do that?

Hey thanks for posting your question. If you have missed a day, and remember what you had, you can go back and add to any day you would like. You could also add to future days if you so desired as well. To do this simply tap either the arrows to the left or right of today’s date, or directly on the date, or calendar (depending on where you are accessing the program). You can then add to that day, the same as you normally would. Please make sure to return to the current date when you have finished, if the program has not done so already.
The only thing that can not happen is the news feed will not update as that day now being completed, as the news feed is based on current time, and will only update once per entry before midnight on the day in question.
Also, if you are keeping track of your log in days, going back will not reset them. However, you can always visit the following link and we can adjust them for you: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login_counter_reset_request
