I have been a client for years. Now having major pproblems boca1998 — Oct 08, 2016 10:49AM PDT

I sign in and start entering information. The program freezes and eventually crashes. I asked this question earlier and emptied cache and deleted cookies than was told to run diagnostics which can not figure how to do from my log in. I love this program and it is very helpful. Please help

1. Is this happening for you in the app or via the website?

If the app:
-Which app you are using to access MyFitnessPal? Android, iOS, or Windows?
-What type of device do you have?
-What OS is installed on that device?
-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If you’re using the Android/iOS apps, you can find this from the menu > Help > About Us. From the Windows app, the More tab > About Us.
-Does the issue only happen within the app? Or is it also happening when accessing the website?

If the website:
-In what web browser are you experiencing this issue?
-What is your browser version?
-What OS is installed on your computer?
-Does it happen if you use a different web browser or only in this one?

2. When you say it freezes when you enter information, is this happening when you enter food into your food diary? Log exercise? Enter weight or other measurements? Is it only happening when you complete one single action or does it happen when you access multiple areas of the program?

Any details you could provide would better help us understand what is happening. We look forward to hearing back.
