The News Feed is still unavailable on the app. It has been gone for over 2 weeks now. Where is the tech support?

-Which app you are using to access MyFitnessPal? Android or iOS?
If you are using one of our unsupported apps (Windows Phone App, Blackberry app, Amazon app, or the iPad HD app), please see this article.

-What type of device do you have?

-What OS is installed on that device?

-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If you’re using the Android/iOS apps, you can find this from the menu > Help > About Us.

-Does the issue only happen within the app? Or is it also happening when accessing the website?

-Is it only the newsfeed not loading? Or is it the entire homepage (including newsfeed and daily summary)? Any additional details would be helpful.
