Classification of Fats as Micro-Nutrients fittler1 — Oct 13, 2016 10:47AM PDT
Why does MyFitnessPal categorize some Fats as "Micro-Nutrients" when the health industry and professionals list them as "Macro-Nutrients"?
Granted some Fats are undesirable and one might not want to ingest large amounts, but aren't they still "Macro-Nutrients" by standard definition?
Shouldn't MyFitnessPal follow industry and DRI standards?
