The Weight I have recorded changes unexpectedly rajuel1950 — Oct 22, 2016 07:28AM PDT

Periodically a weight I have previously recorded will change drastically (usually it drops 100+ lbs.) with no intervention. The graph of my recorded weights will be fine one day but when I look at the graph on a subsequent day I will see a flat line with one very low spike and when I see this invariably a past weight has defaulted to that low value (it is not always the same date or reading that has changed and I am not sure if it defaults to a particular value but I will watch for that). I can correct it by deleting and re-entering the reading for that past date, but often times I don't remember what the weight was several days ago. Any idea what may be causing this and is there anything I can do to stop if from happening?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the issue where erroneous weigh-ins are being sent from Runkeeper. We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. In the meantime, unlinking Runkeeper will stop the bad weigh-ins from posting.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Warm Regards,
