Hey thanks for posting your question. Keep in mind that the goal on the Diary page will factor in the additional calories that you have earned for exercising. Please move ahead in your diary to Tomorrow or a future day with no exercise on it to compare the goal to what you have set and is displayed on the goals screen. Please et us know if they are still not matching up.

Warm Regards,
Logan

Mine is doing this too. My goal under nutrition/food is 1800 but my setting is 2303? I have turned off exercise so this would not change my goal as well.

When we view your account status we are seeing the 1800 on the Goals screen as well. Would you like us to try setting it to 2303 on our end? Please also let us know if you made any changes to the Macro goals as well.

I am starting ketogenic and my macros won't sync up with my goal settings.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Could you let us know a little bit more about what you are seeing. Are the goals not saving correctly on the Goals page or are you seeing them not matching what you have set somewhere else in the app or site? If they are not matching please let us know what you have set them to, where you are seeing the incorrect amounts, and whether it would be alright for us to access your account to try and set them on our end for you?

I'm also having this issue, my goals should be set at:
Protein 83g
Fat 73g
Carbs 165g
Calories - display correct on both ends
-----
The macros are showing:
Protein 124g
Fat 64g
Carbs 144g

which are incorrect. I did try skipping a day ahead to see if the goals would correct themselves - they didn't.

It looks like you have set up Custom Daily goals for Monday through Friday
Protein at 124 grams is 30% of your calorie goal, which is what your custom daily goal is set for. Carbs and Fat work out to 35% which is also matching your custom Monday through Friday daily goals. If you no longer wish to have different goals set for those days please remove those custom settings or confirm that you would like us to turn them off for you.

Could you please reset them for me? I re-adjusted my custom goals which -should- reflect 40% carbs, 40% fat, and 20% protein. I'm not sure why it's still reflecting the previous amounts on your end?

Thanks for following up with us. Per your request, we’ve removed your custom daily goals for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Your diary will now reflect your 40%, 40%, 20% designation for all 7 days of the week.
