Thanks for posting. Sorry for any trouble, however, when we look at your account status we are nit currently showing a fitbit account connected with this username. Please try relinking the accounts and then reselecting fitbit as your step source in MyFitnessPal. Once relinked, please log a few hundred new steps, then try manually initiating a sync in fitbit, followed by another in MyFitnessPal.

Warm Regards,

Thanks for relinking again today, even though, you have attempted in the past. We realy appreciate your help with troubleshooting the problem. When we view the account status not, we are still showing an issue with your access token, which let’s your data move between the two accounts. Would you please let us know whether you are relinking the accounts via their app or ours, or their website or ours and if you are including the steps to revoke access on their site and waiting 15 minutes before relinking them?

If not please try force closing both apps, then disconnecting the accounts at www.myfitnesspal.com, and then confirm that access has been revoked at fitbit.com. Then wait 15 minutes before returning to www.myfitnesspal.com to reconnect them and reselecting fitbit as your step source.

Warm Regards,

Thanks for following up with us. Force closing is shutting the app down completely so that it is no longer open in the background, however, it looks like you may have moved on to trying a new account as this one is currently showing a deleted status.

I’ll put the steps for force closing here just in case.
In the Android app you will hold the home button until it shows you which apps are open. You will then swipe the MyFitnessPal app off of the screen to the left.

In the iOS app you will click the Home button twice and then swipe the MyFitnessPal app up off of the screen.
