Difficulty with Sync Between MyFitnessPal and Partner Apps arlenemichelle — Nov 15, 2016 05:28PM PST

Is there any update to this issue? It has been days since myfitnesspal has sync'd to UP and other apps.

Hey thanks for posting your question. If you revisit the post you’ll notice that it mentions that partner apps, other than fitbit are expected to be back to normal.

When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your UP has reported 1748 calories burned as of 7:14 pm and that you are receiving an adjustment for -375 calories for your tracked activity. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by UP in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your UP dashboard for the same time.

I'm not seeing the sync between MFP and any of the partner apps either (MapMyRide and MapMyWalk) either.

I logged out of each and then uninstalled and reinstalled. MFP only records the iPhone builtin data.

Thanks for posting. When viewing your account status, we are not currently seeing your MapMy accounts as being linked. If it is showing as linked in either app on your end, please disconnect the accounts, confirm that they are also showing as being unlinked on the websites, wait 15 minutes and then relink the accounts. Once relinked, try logging new activity to see if they start coming over once again.
