Polar flow appp connection. johnu68 — Nov 24, 2016 06:35AM PST

I just returned to my fitness pal and connected the polar flow app to track steps. The apps linked for the first 2 days and the step data appeared in the myfitnesspal diary. This stopped 2 days ago without me changing settings. I followed the instructions to enable the negative adjustments on the website settings/Diary settings area, but no such tab appears. There is no tab in the app on my iPhone 6 either.

I had already linked the apps on the phone. I have tried to link the apps on the online program but no notification that they are linked is online.

Why did it work for 2 days and now stop?? Why is there no "enable the negative adjustments"tab in the setting on either the phone or the website?? Can anyone help?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

After taking a look into the status of your account, it appears you do not have a Polar account connected to the account you wrote in on. Please be sure you have the account connected to the correct MyFitnessPal profile.

You will not see an option to select a negative calorie adjustment unless you have a partner app connected to your account.

Hope this helps to clarify,
