Thanks for posting. I was able to partner with our integrations team to view the numbers coming in from Garmin. The numbers you provided for what’s showing in MyFitnessPal do match what was sent to us from Garmin for those dates. If you haven’t yet we might try double checking your time zone settings. Please make sure that the accounts are matching and correct for your current location, If you have travelled across time zones you may also want to try power cycling your mobile device, turning it completely off and then back on again. If your tracked steps are still not matching up after that, you may also want to check in with Garmin Support to see if they can provide any additional insight.

We show that the number for 12/9 of 6925 was last updated on 12/10 at 2 a.m. while the number for 12/10 of 11,224 was last updated on 12/10 at 8:59 p.m.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for any trouble. When we view your account status we are not currently showing Garmin Connect as being linked on our end. If it is still showing on yours, please disconnect on the Garmin Connect website, confirm that it is showing as being disconnected in the app as well, wait 15 minutes, and then relink the accounts on their website, in the Calories In/Out segment. Once relinked, please open the Steps tab in MyFitnessPal and reselect Garmin Connect as your source. Then track a few hundred new steps and manually initiate a sync in Garmin, followed by another in MyFitnessPal.

Warm Regards,
MyFitnessPal Staff
