I used the guided goal setting method to set up a daily calorie target. I see the 'system' wants to give me credit just for extra exercise. I want to use my measured activity from my Garmin Vivoactive HR to report my net calories for the day and progress toward my goal. Right now, I don't know what the assumed daily burn rate is for the lifestyle I picked in the goal setting guide.

Hey thanks for posting your question. We calculate your BMR based on your profile info and then factor in your selected activity level.
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)
For you, this comes out to 2,116. When calculating your daily calorie goal, we then reduce that amount based on your weight loss goal to lose .5 pound, 1 pound, or 1.5 pounds per week.
