MFP link with Lumo LIFT mgazica — Dec 14, 2016 03:46PM PST

Has been working for a year. Not today. No steps showing up in the MFP phone app.
Then, accidentally disconnected while trying to investigate.
Now, cannot link. Every time I press "Connect" I am taken to Apple App store to get the Lumo BACK app.
Same thing happening on the full website. The "Connect" option takes me to the Apple App store.
I have the Lumo Lift device and the app. Is it me, or you? And if it's me, how do I get re-linked?

Hello mgazica,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. In order to link Lumo and MyFitnessPal, the connection needs to be initiated via the Lumo Back app, and not in the MFP app.

To do this from the Lumo app:
-Menu (represented commonly by three horizontal lines in the top left corner)
-Partners
-Connect

Once you have the two linked, please make sure you have Lumo selected as your primary step source within the MyFitnessPal app. To do this, select Steps from the app menu and choose Lumo as your primary step source. Or, from the web, Apps > Step Source, and choose Lumo.

Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!

Best,

Ripley
