How to add my own nutritional values suestin — Jan 03, 2017 04:11PM PST

We have Paleo food delivered to us for dinner three nights a week. The name of the meal with all the nutritional value is labeled on the container. For instance I had a curried chicken salad for dinner and I want to add my own calories, fat, Cho, and protein on my fitness pal. How can I do that? There's no reason to re-calculate since its been provided for me

Hello,

The “My Foods” list displays foods that you have added to the food database. If locally produced, homemade, or unusual foods are not already in our database, you can add them yourself to make MyFitnessPal’s database more complete.

On the Web
Click on the “Food” tab, then click “My Foods.”

In our iOS apps
In the Menu (or “More” page) tap “My Recipes & Foods” then “My Foods.”

‚ÄčIn our Android app
In the Menu tap “My Recipes & Foods” then “Foods.”

Happy New Year!
